Import a Google Form into Formative
There are two ways to initiate importing Google Forms into Formative:
From the main "Formatives" page
Click on the "Add+" button at the top right corner of the screen
Choose "Import Google Forms" (if prompted, login to your Google account)
or,
From within a formative
Click on the "+" icon
Choose "Enhance a Document"
Select "Pick from Google Drive" (if prompted, login to your Google account)
Select the "Forms" tab
Select a Google Form for Import
Once the import has been initiated via one of the two method above, and ensuring you are logged-in to the correct Google account, the window will present all Google Forms available for import.
To locate the Google Form for import you can:
Choose your preferred view - thumbnails or list form.
Use the sorting menu to reorder the list by name, last modification date, or last opening date.
Type keywords into the search bar
When the desired Google Form has been located choose it by clicking on it and proceed to click on the "Select" button at the bottom left corner.
Give the system the time it needs to pull up the Google Form and convert it into a Formative (this may take a few minutes depending on the size of the form selected)
You can now edit and add more items to this formative!
