What are Teacher Instructions vs. Student Instructions?
Student Instructions are notes from the teacher to the students that pertain to the entire assigned activity. These might include general expectations, special instructions on materials needed, etc. Once added to an activity, the Student Instructions will be displayed for students at the start of their formative assessment. In teacher-paced mode, they will be added to the cover slide.
Sometimes teachers need a place to add notes for their eyes only, notes that will not be visible to students. These can include lesson plans, presentation instructions or any other item that the teacher would like to remember. Formative offers a way for teachers to add Teacher Instructions to every formative as well.
Note: Collaborators with Edit permissions can modify both student instructions and teacher instructions.
