What exactly is happening and where is it happening? (When I try to log in via Google, I am viewing a "You Need Permission" message)
What are the affected users' emails?
What browser and device are you or your students using? (browser/iOS version can be very helpful)
Are you or your students using a school or home network?
Are adblockers, pop-ups, or browser extensions enabled?
What steps have been taken to resolve the problem?
Include screenshots of any error messaging and screen recordings of the issue occurring
How to report a bug to the Formative team:
Click on "Support" located at the bottom of the left-side menu
From the dropdown list click "Contact Formative Support"
3. Proceed to fill the webform with as many details of the above as possible.
