Whenever an educator in your School & District licensed team tags a formative as a Common Assessment, these are placed on the "Common Assessments" section of your Admin tab, so that you can find them quickly and easily

Note: You have the option to hide teachers names from this view by toggling on "hide names"

You can filter these Common Assessments by individual teachers, org/team, grades, subjects, academic school year, assessment type and date range. Simply click into the relevant filter(s) from the filters menu, and enter/select the desired range from the dropdown.

Note: When setting multiple filters on a report, any Common Assessments that do not match all the selected filters will be excluded from the report displayed.

You can search for a specific Common Assessment by title: type the title or a portion of it into the search bar and click 'Enter'. The list of Common Assessments will narrow down to only those fitting your search keywords.

Clicking on the title of any Common Assessment will expand the list of teachers who assigned this Common Assessment. Clicking on any of their names will re-direct you to the Common Assessment's Insights Page, where an overview of multiple data points is displayed.

Note: as an Admin you will only be able to view the data by classes and teachers within the organization you are an admin of. If you are missing data from this view, please double check that the teacher's classes are tagged to the correct org, and that both you and the teacher are members of that org.

From the Insights page, click on the triple dots at the top left corner of your screen (next to the Common Assessment's title) and select "View Standards Scores" or "View Responses". You will be re-directed to the Responses tab of the specific Common Assessment, where scores, performance scores and responses to questions will be displayed.

From here you can switch back and forth between Standards Scores and Responses Scores (as well as Rubric performance and Section performance) using the dropdown menu at the top of the page.

You can view the scores by org/team, teacher, class, and student by expanding the rows on the left side of the grid.

Click on any student response to expand their individual submission in the right side panel, where you can continue to drill down into their specific responses and performance and take actions.
