Whenever an educator in your Gold team tags a formative as a Common Assessment, these are placed on the "Common Assessments" section of your Admin tab, so that you can find them quickly and easily

Note: You have the option to hide teachers names from this view by toggling on "hide names"

You can filter these Common Assessments by school (or department / team), assessment type, academic school year, date range, grade level, and subject. Simply choose the relevant filter from the filters menu.

Note: Filtering does not remove any Common Assessments from the list, it only defines which Common Assessments will show data under the other columns. Common Assessments that do not match the chosen filters will be displayed without the data.

You can search for a specific Common Assessment by title: type the title or a portion of it into the search bar and click "Enter". The list of Common Assessments will narrow down to only those fitting your search keywords.

Clicking on the title of any Common Assessment will expand the list of teachers who assigned this Common Assessment. Clicking on any of their names will re-direct you to the Common Assessment's Summary Page, where an overview of multiple data points is displayed.

Note: as an Admin you will only be able to view the data by classes and teachers within the organization you are an admin of. If you are missing data from this view, please double check that the teacher's classes are tagged to the correct org, and that both you and the teacher are members of that org.

From the summary page, click on the triple dots at the top left corner of your screen (next to the Common Assessment's title) and select "View Standards Scores" or "View Responses". You will be re-directed to the Team Tracker tab, where the specific Common Assessment's Standards Scores and Responses will be displayed. From here you can switch back and forth between Standards Scores and Responses Scores by selecting the Formatives button or the Standards button at your preference. Both views allow you to view Scores by teacher, class, and student - click on any student response to expand their individual submission in the right side panel.

Note: as an Admin you will only be able to view the responses by classes and teachers within the organization you are an admin of. If you are missing data from this view, please double check that the teacher's classes are tagged to the correct org, and that both you and the teacher are members of that org.
