How to Get a Receipt (Paid Teacher plan)

Looking to print a receipt for your Paid Teacher subscription payment? Here is how you can get it

Our billing system automatically sends a receipt to your email every time a payment is processed. Make sure you check your spam folder if you have not received any.

You can also obtain a receipt by going to the Plan page within your account:

  1. Click on 'My account' on the left side menu

  2. Select 'Plan'

  3. Locate the desired receipt / invoice under 'Past Invoices' and click the relevant download/view button to access it
